A workplace wellbeing workshop creating a safe space for participants to explore what resilience means to them. In this inclusive and culturally responsive session, we collaborate on nurturing a supportive group culture and environment conducive to positive change and growth. Each person receives a workbook with evidence-based tools and strategies for cultivating resilience in ways that align with their values and worldview.

What are the goals?

Attendees may walk away with greater self-awareness to start adapting their routines or habits, enhancing their work-life balance and increasing productivity. They may develop more empathy and compassion for other people within the team, bonding over shared strengths and gaining a deeper understanding of potential differences. The goal is for the group to feel a sense of social support. By promoting connectedness through shared meanings and an openness to renewal of perspectives, staff can bring their whole selves to work. When visiting workplaces to deliver a wellbeing workshop, I can provide the team with canapes and beverages - I use the best baristas and caterers in the city. Additional travel fees may apply. Workshops are 45-minutes long. We start/finish on the hour to allow time for tikanga practices.
