Welcome,
Kia ora, ko Christine Eva toku ingoa. I am a holistic health coach and integrative counsellor supporting whānau throughout New Zealand to achieve health and wellness goals for overall wellbeing. I offer private and confidential sessions online or by phone. My trauma-informed approach is person-centred to facilitate self-awareness, and solution-focused for collaborative goal-setting. I strive for inclusive and culturally responsive practice.
I guide people to craft a more harmonious work-life balance through transformative mindfulness practices and lifestyle medicine. Clients choose the focus of our sessions and how many to book. They might consider the six pillars of health, which relate to: optimal nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, toxin avoidance, and social connection, or something else.

I walk alongside whānau
I view each individual as an expert in their life. Let me know if you would prefer to connect in nature. After establishing therapeutic rapport and expectations, I can walk and talk with some local clients. They may choose whether or not my therapy dog in training joins us. She is a small breed who loves adventures and cuddles. Her name, Priya, is of Sanskrit origin; its meaning translates to "taonga" or "treasured".
Where are you on this?
On this Mental Health Continuum, if you are in crisis or struggling significantly, I may be able to help as a health navigator to ensure you receive appropriate care tailored to your specific needs. As a holistic health coach and integrative counsellor, I work with clients experiencing some mild anxiety and depression, supporting them in transitioning from surviving to thriving - so they can strive towards excelling in goals for their preferred future.
